• Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure a place in your selected program. Deposits are applied toward the total tuition cost.
• Tuition Payments: Full tuition payment is required by the start date of the program unless a payment plan is pre-arranged. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or dismissal from the program.

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of our courses and class sizes, all payments made are non-refundable. This includes tuition, fees, deposits, and any other program-related expenses.
• Program Rescheduling: In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, students may be permitted to transfer their enrollment to a future program session, subject to approval and space availability.

• Class Attendance: Students must attend all scheduled classes, as our curriculum is designed for full participation. Excessive absences may result in dismissal.
• Code of Conduct: Professional behavior and respect for instructors, staff, and fellow students are expected at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal.
• Dress Code: Students are expected to adhere to the school’s dress code, maintaining a professional appearance suitable for a learning environment.

• Sanitation Standards: Students are required to adhere to all sanitation and hygiene standards taught in the curriculum to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
• Liability Release: By participating in our programs, students acknowledge that beauty treatments and hands-on training involve certain risks. Students agree to release and hold harmless Modern Sanctuary LLC, (DBA NJ Esthetics Training Center) its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in courses or treatments.

• Assumption of Risk: By enrolling, students acknowledge they are voluntarily participating in training that may involve exposure to chemicals, equipment, and treatments. Modern Sanctuary LLC, (DBA NJ Esthetics Training Center) shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained.
• Responsibility for Equipment & Property: Students are responsible for any damage caused to school property or equipment and may be charged for repairs or replacements if deemed necessary.

• Certification Requirements: Students must complete all coursework, practical exams, and program hours to receive certification.
• Program Withdrawal: Students who voluntarily withdraw or are dismissed for policy violations will not receive certification and are not entitled to any refund.

• Student Information: Personal information collected by Modern Sanctuary LLC (DBA NJ Esthetics Training Center) is confidential and will only be used for school-related purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties.
